What we’ll cover
Four weekly videos, ebook and downloads included to support your digital reset. Heaps of practical ideas and small changes that make a big difference to help you reset.
Week 1 – set yourself up for success, set your intentions and agree the goals that work for you, become aware of your screen usage and how this both helps and harms you. Commit to what you’d like to change and why.
Week 2 – micro-shifts, small habits, big wins – reducing digital noise, daily challenges.
Week 3 – boundaries and intentional use, a focus on connection and presence, including scrolling alternatives
Week 4 – reflect on the journey, what’s worked, what’s challenged you and where to from here. What habits will you keep, how has this helped you, what differences have you noticed? Ideas and actions to sustain you beyond this programme.
